Our very first coffee brought in by our friends at Hacienda La Minita. The San Pedro region of Atitlan where this is grown is ideal for growing the best coffee as it has rich volcanic soil. The name and translation for Xocomil is the breeze that brushes the hills, cooling the area from the hot afternoon sun.
This coffee is approachable and delicious, perfect for batch brew or espresso alike. Rich toffee notes, with dark berry undertones and a pop of ripe plum.
