Is Concord Coffee organic?
At Concord, we’re committed to sourcing imported coffee of the highest quality. While some of our coffees aren’t officially certified organic, many of the farmers we partner with grow their crops using natural, organic practices.
Certification can be expensive and often out of reach for small-scale farmers. Instead of going through that process, many choose to maintain organic methods without the label—rarely using pesticides and only under extreme conditions.
We take pride in working with farmers who grow coffee responsibly and are fairly compensated for their work. It's part of our mission to deliver great coffee that supports the people behind every bean.
Is Concord Coffee fair trade?
All of our coffees are sourced through Direct Trade. At Concord, we proudly work with importers who maintain strong, transparent relationships with the farms where our green coffee originates.
This direct connection means more of each purchase goes back to the farmers, their families, and the communities that grow our coffee. So when you enjoy a cup of Concord, you’re supporting fair wages and sustainable livelihoods—one coffee cherry at a time.
Is Concord Coffee shipped ground or as whole beans?
All of our coffees are available ground or whole bean.
How long will it take to receive my coffee?
We roast fresh and ship fast—but never rushed. While we aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours, please allow up to 48 hours depending on order volume. We want your coffee to arrive as fresh as possible.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail. Keep in mind that USPS observes most national holidays, which may cause slight delays during those times.

Do you ship internationally?
We’re proud to offer international shipping for Concord Coffee! While our website isn’t currently set up for global checkout, we’re happy to assist you directly.

Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we proudly ship to APO addresses! Simply place your order online, and we’ll send your coffee directly to you—wherever you're stationed.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns & Exchanges
Because coffee is a perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns on coffee purchases. That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If there’s an issue with your order or something doesn’t taste quite right, please reach out to us at orders@concordcoffee.com. We’re happy to help make it right and guide you toward something you’ll love.
Merchandise Returns
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on defective or unused merchandise. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Used items in working condition are not eligible for return.
Please note: Items purchased online can only be returned by mail.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at orders@concordcoffee.com. We typically ask for a photo of the damage to pass along to our shipping team. Be sure to include your order number and the best shipping address for any replacements.
