Is Concord Coffee organic?

Our goal at Concord is to make sure we are purchasing imported coffee of the highest quality. To certify coffee as organic is a very costly venture for farmers.  Often times rather than certify coffee as organic, farmers opt to grow their coffee plants in a naturally organic way.  Very rarely and only under extreme circumstances are pesticides used.  We are proud to source coffee that is organically grown by farmers who are justly compensated.  

Is Concord Coffee fair trade?

All of our coffees are Direct Trade. Concord prides itself on working with importers who have a great working relationship with the farms that our green coffee comes from.  This working relationship allows more money to go back to the farmers, their families, and the community where the coffee comes from.  So know that the cup you drink is providing a well deserved wage to the farmers who picked each coffee cherry!

Is Concord Coffee shipped ground or as whole beans? 

All of our coffees are available ground or whole bean.

 

How long will it take to receive my coffee?

It can take up to 48 hours to get your order out the door, and the coffee is fresh. We know you want your coffee as fresh as possible and in a timely manner.  Our goal is to make that happen.  We strive to have your coffee processed in a 24 hour period.  This is all depending on how many orders we currently have.  

We ship via USPS Priority Mail Monday - Friday. USPS follows most holidays so please take that into consideration when you are placing your order around those times. 

If you have placed an order and have not received an email confirmation within 48 hours please send us an email to orders@concordcoffee.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Concord Coffee is proud to have our coffee shipped internationally. However, our site is not yet set up to ship internationally. So we ask that you please contact us directly at orders@concordcoffee.com, Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm EST and we will be happy to work with you to process your order. 

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO addresses. You can order online and we’ll ship the coffee directly to you. If you have any questions, please contact us through email at orders@concordcoffee.com, Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm EST. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We cannot accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at orders@concordcoffee.com as soon as possible. We’re happy to help you find something you’ll love.

We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges on defective or unused merchandise. We are unable accept returns on used items that are in working order. Please be sure all unused merchandise (non-coffee) items, with original packaging, are returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Items purchased online can only be returned through the mail. 

Email your order number, name, reason for return, and the item and quantity you wish to return to orders@concordcoffee.com. We will contact you with information on how your return will be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the price of shipping.

If your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately at orders@concordcoffee.com. We typically ask for a photo of the damage to pass along to our shipping department. Please be sure to include the original order number and the best address for the return shipment.
